The role of this function is to ensure the smooth operation of the publishing process in accordance with the SLAs, deadlines, and roadmaps in place for in-house and third-party funds. A high level of client support (both internal and external) will be expected.

Tasks

  • Code requests as part of the fund launch process (LEI, Bloomberg tickers, etc.).
  • Set up, manage, and update static and dynamic data.
  • Contribute to the efficient and accurate execution of publishing operations.
  • Activate and publish requests based on registration status.
  • Distribute legal fund documentation, monthly portfolio reports, and no-NAV calculation reports.
  • Manage invoice chargebacks.
  • Collect and organize documents.
  • Scan and archive documents and data.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

Knowledge/Technical Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in the banking sector
  • Good knowledge of fund operations, processes, and data analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and banking software (Multifonds, Luxis, and Avaloq)
  • Excellent knowledge of operational banking and the legal aspects of funds
  • Good knowledge of Python programming and comfort using AI tools would be considered distinguishing factors.
