Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. The role of the function is to ensure the smooth running of the publishing production according to the SLAs, deadlines and roadmaps in place for in-house and third-party funds. A high level of client support (internal and external) will be expected.

Aufgaben

  • Code request as part of fund launch process (LEI, Bloomberg Tickers, etc…).
  • Set up, control / update of static and dynamic data.
  • Contribute to the efficient and accurate execution of publishing operations.
  • Activate and publish request according to registration status.
  • Disseminate legal fund documentations, monthly portfolio reports and No NAV calculation reports.
  • Manage the chargeback of invoices.
  • Collect and organize documents.
  • Scan and archive documents and data.

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

Knowledge /Technical skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related
  • 2-year experience in banking sector
  • Good knowledge in fund operations, process and data analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and banking softwares (Multifonds, Luxis and Avaloq)
  • Excellent knowledge of operational banking and legal perspective for funds
  • Good knowledge in Python programming and being at ease with the use of AI Tools would be considered as distinguishing factors.
