Aufgaben
- Own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of retail banking products and digital channels.
- Lead cross-functional product squads and coordinate senior stakeholders across Business, IT, UX/UI, Operations and external partners.
- Define product vision, business cases and prioritization aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuously optimize customer journeys through data-driven decision making.
- Monitor business performance, product KPIs, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of strategic product initiatives while managing budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Lead product launch strategies and oversee implementation across all relevant business units.
- Represent Digital Products in executive committees, governance forums and strategic decision-making processes.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management or FinTech, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with commercial and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks, Jira and digital product governance.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using KPIs and customer insights to drive product decisions.
- Fluent English; German is considered a strong advantage.
