We’re excited to offer multiple opportunities to join Weatherbys Private Bank as either a Private Banking Associate (PBA) or Private Banking Executive (PBE), working as part of our Private Client Team assisting our Private Bankers in developing client relationships.

Aufgaben
Private Banking Associate (PBA)
Focus: Entry-level within Private Banking administration, supporting bankers and clients with day to day tasks including:
- Handle account openings, KYC/EDD checks, and transaction monitoring.
- Prepare lending documentation and investment administration.
- Manage excess and credit control for portfolios.
- Payment sign-off up
Private Banking Executive (PBE)
Focus: A more advanced role with greater level of autonomy and client facing responsibilities including
- Prepare credit applications for new lending propositions (checked by Private Banker)
- Manage credit control and lending documentation with minimal oversight.
- Run client meetings under supervision and handle account opening/switching queries.
- Spot and refer investment opportunities to Investment Wealth and Advice (IWA) team.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about client service and eager to build on their banking career.
In order to apply for you’ll need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a client-facing banking role (the level of your previous experience will influence which role you are most suited to).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Integrity and professionalism in all you do.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Interest in financial markets and client relationship management.
