For the development and expansion in Switzerland, Julius Baer Real Estate is looking for a Senior Consultant in Real Estate Investment Brokerage.

Aufgaben

• Acquisition, sale, and search of investment properties with a strong focus on investment properties across Switzerland
• Provide support to the Geneva-based team in executing transaction processes from the Zurich office
• Creation of pitches, contracts, and sales documentations
• Project management across entire real estate project cycle
• Market, location analysis of properties and property portfolios
• Advice and consult on project developments for real estate
• Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer
• Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events
• Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE as well as Julius Baer

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of economics, finance, architecture, engineering or similar
• 2-4 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate brokerage and transaction management
• Effective networker and bring along a broad preexisting professional network in the real estate industry
• Structured, have an eye for details and can think in a networked way
• Excellent team player, highly committed, and flexible
• Fluent in German and have a very good command of French and English
