About your team

The real estate division of Fidelity International was founded in 2006 and launched its first funds for institutional investors in 2008, since when it has attracted a range of blue-chip clients from continental Europe, the UK, Canada and Asia. Current real estate assets under management is in the region of €2.5 billion. The experienced team of fund managers, asset managers, transaction managers, research professionals, analysts and operations professionals are based in five locations across Europe (London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Luxembourg). The team has established strong performance track records and we are building on this success by both growing our existing flagship funds and further developing the business through new funds, including funds focused on climate impact investing.

We have set a range of sustainability targets and proactively engage with our tenants and suppliers to drive improvements.

Aufgaben

• We don’t expect you to come straight in and know everything about what we do.
• As an apprentice, and whatever you’re studying, we’ll help make sure you get the most out of your time with us. Fidelity is a fantastic place to learn, innovate and grow. There are expert colleagues around the world to learn from and share ideas with. Over the course of your apprenticeship, there will be opportunities for you to develop your investment knowledge, gain broad experience of your assigned team and the broader Fidelity business.
• You’ll assist with facilitating and leading on projects relating to specific investment initiatives or processes.
• You’ll also develop your analysis skills and learn how this function operates whilst ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
• You’ll help to build understanding and awareness of our competitors and what they’re doing.
• One day a week you’ll be studying and preparing for assignments. 

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• We look for apprentices who are analytical, eager to learn and ready to take on a challenge. A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about investment is vital, as is a lively interest in our work and our industry. Creative thinking and attention to detail are important too.
• And, as we’re an international organisation, we’ll need you to speak English.
• You’ll need to:
• GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths and a Further Education qualification (A Levels, BTEC, IB etc.)
• Be available to join us in September 2026
• Have the Right to Work in the UK
• Have lived in the UK for 3+ years
• Have good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point preferred)
• Have excellent communication skills
