Working Student Customer Support (m|f|x) Zürich

We are looking for a Working Student starting in August for a 12 months period, who supports us with different operational  and customer facing tasks.

Tasks

• Customer facing dialogs with a direct reach into our customers organization.
• Supporting customers in the response to technical questions
• Engage customers to proactively execute and buy-in into a migration exercise.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Customer Support team.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Current Bachelor or Master studies preferably in Business Informatics or in a similar field
• Strong communication skills to be applied in a customer facing role is a must, technical affinity with initial experience in IT related topics would be beneficial
• Team player with a proactive personality
• Quality conscious, highly motivated and service oriented
• Fluent in German and English is a requirement for this position, French and/or Italian would be an additional asset
