We are looking for a Working Student starting in August for a 12 months period, who supports us with different operational and customer facing tasks.

Tasks
- Customer facing dialogs with a direct reach into our customers organization.
- Supporting customers in the response to technical questions
- Engage customers to proactively execute and buy-in into a migration exercise.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Customer Support team.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Current Bachelor or Master studies preferably in Business Informatics or in a similar field
- Strong communication skills to be applied in a customer facing role is a must, technical affinity with initial experience in IT related topics would be beneficial
- Team player with a proactive personality
- Quality conscious, highly motivated and service oriented
- Fluent in German and English is a requirement for this position, French and/or Italian would be an additional asset
