Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

As part of the Region Western Markets & Switzerland you will join the Global Real Estate Sub-Business Unit at Julius Baer Real Estate, which plays a key role in:

• Marketing and facilitating the sale of investment and residential properties across Switzerland
• Performing valuations of residential, commercial, and special-purpose real estate assets
• Providing expert client advisory services on a wide range of property-related matters

Tasks

Provide support to the Real Estate brokerage team in acquisition and execution of real estate transactions across different asset classes, including:

• Preparation of sales documentation, pitches, and contractual materials
• Assistance in the development of valuation reports analyses using different valuations methodologies
• Market and location analysis for individual properties and property portfolios

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of real estate, economics, finance, architecture, engineering, hospitality or similar (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You are an excellent team player, a person of integrity, highly committed with exceptional quality standards and a strong appetite for learning
• Passion for Real Estate and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• Fluency in German and advanced command of English, French is an advantage
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
