Tasks

• Monitoring and managing Trade Republic’s liquidity position
• Ensuring compliance with limits and regulatory requirements as a first line of defense
• Executing treasury operations
• Building models and analytical tools
• Designing efficient fund flows for new products
• Working with the ALCO to define Treasury strategy

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• 2+ years of front-office treasury experience
• Understanding of liquidity management processes and tools
• Knowledge of fixed-income markets, FX instruments, and money market instruments
• The ability to identify and quantify risks under the CRR regulatory framework
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
