The Private Data Service (PDS) team provides world-class expertise in the collection and validation of investment data for investors in alternative assets. PDS streamlines the exchange of data between limited and general partners, enabling investors to have continuous access to accurate and standardized data, and is part of Aladdin Business. Aladdin Business consists of more than 1,200 professionals responsible for implementing and supporting our Aladdin clients, as well as for sales and marketing, and for ensuring that the Aladdin Community maximizes the use of Aladdin products through engagement and education.

We are looking for process-driven data analysts with a strong financial background to join our data governance team. Our client enhances the lending capacity of financial intermediaries and stimulates bank lending to small and medium-sized enterprises by providing guarantees that encourage increased lending volumes. Financial intermediaries include institutions specializing in financial transactions, such as banks, insurance companies, investment banks, pension funds, and mutual funds.

Tasks

  • Enter cash flow-related administrative data across various product lines (e.g., processing drawdowns and repayments of private equity funds, guarantee calls, and disbursement requests).
  • Reconcile cash positions with intermediaries.
  • Maintain daily communication with fund managers and the client to obtain the information necessary for successful operations.
  • Responsibility for driving and delivering on client experience and needs through daily interactions.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in financial administration, financial securities, finance, or auditing—preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong expertise in customer service and data management, with a passion for delivering service excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional EU languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
  • Ambitious, creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with a positive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to grow beyond one’s comfort zone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver high-quality, reliable results.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and control your personal workload to meet deadlines effectively.
  • A reliable and trusted team player who demonstrates integrity and strong ethical standards. Motivated to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team in a dynamic and impactful environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Alteryx, VBA, eFront, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and able to respond swiftly and effectively to new situations in a client-focused, high-quality service environment.

That awaits you

The salary range for Hungary is 8,740,000–12,000,000 HUF.

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
