Tasks

• You will serve as the point of contact for all departments of the GRAWE banking group regarding legal questions concerning capital taxation in connection with banking and customer relationships under national and international tax law
• Monitoring the legally compliant processing of domestic capital gains taxes
• Supporting the sales team in serving a wide variety of client groups (family offices, private banking and institutional clients, retail banking, and online banking)
• Monitoring tax-related processes
• Independently gathering information on legal changes and developments, particularly in Austrian tax law
• Implementing legal changes and updating informational materials and forms
• Conducting internal training sessions on tax topics related to securities taxes

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Relevant professional experience in the field of capital taxation/securities taxes
• A college degree with a focus on tax law (business administration, law) is preferred
• Ideally, knowledge of the securities sector
• Experience with GEOS/ARCTIS is a plus
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work

• A minimum annual salary of EUR 50,366.82 for full-time employment (38.5 hours), with a willingness to pay more for appropriate qualifications
