Here in Düsseldorf, as a Corporate Actions Specialist (m/f/d) in the Bonds Department on a one-year fixed-term contract, you’ll help further develop and expand the business of HSBC Transaction Services GmbH.

Tasks

  • Comprehensive handling of corporate actions (mandatory and voluntary capital measures), including dividend processing
  • Preparation and distribution of client correspondence, as well as collection and processing of client instructions
  • Forwarding of client instructions to custodians and coordination of subsequent process steps
  • Verification and reconciliation of incoming information from securities notifications, custodians, data providers*, and counterparties*
  • Posting and reconciliation of transactions (both cash and equity-based) in accordance with tax regulations

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Completed business training (ideally in the banking sector) and, preferably, experience in executing capital transactions in the bond market
  • Solid computer skills and a good understanding of software applications (MS Office programs,
  • particularly Excel and Word)
  • An independent, organized, and reliable work style
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, as well as a strong focus on customer service and
  • service orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

That awaits you

The salary range for this position is €46,300 – €55,000.
