Tasks

• Perform hands-on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks as part of the group consolidation workflow.
• Assist in drafting IFRS annual financial statements, disclosures, and supporting technical notes.
• Perform intercompany (IC) reconciliations to ensure accurate eliminations across entities.
• Assist the team during year-end external audits by preparing supporting schedules, documentation, and answering routine queries.
• Identify practical ways to improve consolidation templates and daily financial reporting workflows.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in group accounting, consolidation, or audit support.
• Good practical understanding of IFRS standards and experience assisting with financial statement notes.
• Hands-on experience with year-end audit preparation and compiling clean audit working papers.
• Working familiarity with group reporting software or standard ERP systems (experience with LucaNet is a plus).
• A reliable team player who thrives in fast-paced fintech environments and meets tight reporting deadlines.
