Tasks

  • As a client service agent (internal and external), you will play an active role in problem-solving and responding promptly to clients, in coordination with other departments.
  • Responding to various requests from investors and clients to ensure that a high-quality service is provided that meets the requirements of high-end clients.
  • Providing support to internal requesters (clients, fund managers, and other departments).
  • Being actively involved in planned or ongoing improvement projects within the Client Service team.
  • As a trusted intermediary for investors and clients, facilitating communication to ensure that client orders are recorded accurately and in compliance with the terms of the various prospectuses and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in due diligence meetings, service reviews, and client visits as required.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Master’s degree in Economics or Finance
  • Fluent in French and English
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and/or working as a transfer agent
  • In-depth understanding of investment fund administration.
  • A willingness to commit to the long term, working in a department that is constantly evolving.
  • Stress-resistant, dynamic, rigorous, and able to take the initiative when solving problems.
  • An inquisitive mind with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • A strong commitment to client service and a willingness to find appropriate solutions.
