Tasks

• Creating and building a trust-based relationship with existing clients through regular and personalized communication;
• Supporting Senior Relationship Managers in managing client accounts, preparing proposals and client-ready documents with accuracy;
• Supporting the Market Head in identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting sales initiatives by keeping lists and pipeline reports up to date;
• Supporting the Market Head in organizing customized business events to foster market growth;
• Ensuring that all internal regulatory procedures related to relationship manager functions are followed.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship in banking completed with certifications in finance;
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with professional client-facing experience in banking and a genuine passion for financial markets;
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment;
• Understanding of global financial markets and current events;
• Ability to match client needs with appropriate, tailor-made solutions;
• Very good interpersonal skills;
• A natural team player;
• Persistent and committed;
• Plan, organize, and carry out work and allocate work time in consultation with your Market Head;
• Native German speaker, fluent in English. French is a plus.
