We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Asset Owner Relationship Management DACH Department, which is responsible for managing relationships with asset owner clients from the DACH region, primarily corporations and pension funds.

Tasks

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and gain a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions in alignment with company objectives
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and retention targets
• Represent Universal Investment at investment committee and service meetings, workshops, and sales pitches.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Completed degree in economics, business, or a related field
• A proven track record of experience in the fund industry
• An established and stable network of institutional clients
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with institutional asset owner clients
• Excellent business acumen with experience in contract negotiations, revenue growth initiatives, and strategic account management
• Sound knowledge of fund operations, fund administration, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English
• A strong client focus, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
