We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fund Liquidity Professional to join our dynamic international team with a presence in Asia, EMEA, and North America. This role, based in Zug, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global fund liquidity management operations. As a Senior Fund Liquidity Professional, you will independently execute tasks according to a defined service catalogue, own dedicated responsibilities, and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fund liquidity management.
Tasks
- Coordinate the funding of complex investment acquisitions, working closely with investment analysts, tax, and legal experts across various asset classes
- Manage liquidity for a dedicated fund portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including steering capital drawdowns and distributions
- Execute short-term cash management tasks, such as handling term deposits, treasury bills, foreign exchange operations, and investments in money market funds
- Monitor reports and risk parameters regularly, leveraging your expertise in fund liquidity management
- Analyzing and evaluating cash management data to contribute to the team’s KPIs and overall performance
- Participate in cell-level projects and initiatives, identifying risks and operational escalation needs within your area of responsibility
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in cash management, fund operations, or a closely related field within Asset Management (preferably in Private Markets)
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including term deposits, treasury bills, money market funds among others
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing precision and quality of analysis
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset, adaptability to new challenges, self-drive, and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a diverse, fast-paced international team
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues from different departments
- Advanced proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
