To support our growing deal pipeline, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate / Vice President who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will join a growing international team of experienced professionals, with the opportunity to work on international transactions and take on deal and client responsibilities from Day 1.

Tasks

  • Lead individual work streams of Debt Advisory mandates, including direct interactions with clients, advisors, and investors
  • Coordinate the preparation of transaction materials, such as teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations
  • Coordinate the due diligence process for prospective funders
  • Perform market, industry, and company analyses
  • Prepare financial models (or lead the financial modeling work stream) for project finance transactions to evaluate bid strategies and different financing scenarios
  • Support negotiations of project documents and manage funding competitions
  • Develop and negotiate term sheets and financing documents

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Min. 5 years of work experience at a bank, advisory firm, or BIG4 firm in the field of project and/or infrastructure finance or debt advisory
  • Master’s degree from a leading engineering or business school or university with a specialization in finance or accounting
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as demonstrated financial modeling skills
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • High motivation and eagerness to develop in a competitive environment
  • Fluency in English (German and/or other language skills would be a plus)
  • Flexible, open-minded, and enthusiastic team player with an international mindset
