(Senior) Asset Manager* Real Estate Wohnen (m|f|x) Hamburg

The Real Estate division actively initiates and manages investment solutions for private and institutional investors—in the form of open-ended and closed-end investment funds (AIFs) as well as individual mandates. The implementation and ongoing management of commercial and residential real estate products are handled by specialized teams of experts in the Relationship Management, Investment, Fund Management, and Asset Management units.

For our commercial asset management team, we are seeking a dedicated individual who is ready to tackle today’s diverse challenges—from portfolio management to sustainability—with commitment and a strong hands-on approach.

A certain amount of travel is an integral part of the position, as the passion and sense of responsibility required for this role are best demonstrated through direct contact with tenants and on-site assets.

Tasks

• Active, independent asset management of a modern residential real estate portfolio with a regional focus on Hamburg and Hesse
• Identification and realization of value-enhancement potential, with responsibility for value performance and the implementation of ESG strategies at the property level
• Assumption of the key account function vis-à-vis property owners/investors (typically family offices)
• Acting as the owner’s representative vis-à-vis third parties, as well as selecting, monitoring, and actively managing external service providers (particularly property managers)
• Preparation of property-specific business plans and periodic performance reports

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on real estate or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the management of residential real estate
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Goal-oriented work style combined with business acumen and negotiation skills
• Fluency in German and good knowledge of English
