Tasks
- Preparing capital market analyses, evaluating investment ideas, and formulating investment recommendations
- Participating in and leading (strategic) projects within the Group
- Coordinating investment and risk strategies with individual VIG subsidiaries
- Participating in the strategic development of VIG’s asset management
- Managing and facilitating regular communication with individual VIG companies, as well as leading investment meetings
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on business, finance, economics, or business mathematics
- Several years of professional experience in asset management, portfolio management, or the capital markets, ideally in the CEE region
- In-depth knowledge of capital market instruments, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in private markets is desirable
- CEFA/CIIA or CFA certification is a plus
- Analytical, solution-oriented individual with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good command of German and English; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus

- In accordance with legal requirements, we are providing information on the monthly minimum salary under the collective bargaining agreement of EUR 4,032.47 gross based on full-time employment (37.5 hours/week).
