Tasks

  • Preparing capital market analyses, evaluating investment ideas, and formulating investment recommendations
  • Participating in and leading (strategic) projects within the Group
  • Coordinating investment and risk strategies with individual VIG subsidiaries
  • Participating in the strategic development of VIG’s asset management
  • Managing and facilitating regular communication with individual VIG companies, as well as leading investment meetings

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on business, finance, economics, or business mathematics
  • Several years of professional experience in asset management, portfolio management, or the capital markets, ideally in the CEE region
  • In-depth knowledge of capital market instruments, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in private markets is desirable
  • CEFA/CIIA or CFA certification is a plus
  • Analytical, solution-oriented individual with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good command of German and English; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus
