Tasks

You will be instrumental to drive business growth and execute on its strategy. You will also help expand the collateral trading and funding management capabilities of the business across both equities and fixed income securities. You will be expected to have strong experience and understanding across a wide spectrum of collateral and funding trading products and will work in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and develop a network of external clients to deliver business outcomes.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical thinking/mathematical acumen
  • Prior trading experience (ideally 6+ years) of Securities Lending across Equities and Fixed Income in a funding/collateral trading role
  • Good knowledge of hedging FX exposures and optimising for FX basis
  • A good level of understanding of key regulatory concepts (Liquid Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Capital, Balance Sheet)
  • Prior experience of fixed income short coverage will be beneficial
  • Capability of building workflows (Power BI, Dataiku), basic VBA coding and/or Python will be beneficial
