Tasks
- Assist in servicing RBI Group Institutional Clients (IC) in the product area of Cash Management (CM), acting as a reliable interface for internal and client-related requests
- Support Sales Managers in their day-to-day client coverage, administration, and sales activities
- Prepare and coordinate CM offers, presentations, and client materials for Sales Managers and IC customers
- Support international CM Request for Proposals and bidding processes for RBI Group’s clearing business, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up
- Assist with the management of RBI’s international clearing infrastructure by preparing analyses, documentation, and input for cost-efficient agreements
- Coordinate closely with RBI Compliance, ICE Business Compliance, IC relationship management, and other internal stakeholders
- Support the implementation of CM products sold to clients by coordinating tasks, information flows, and follow-ups
- Monitor customer CM profitability in terms of fee income, interest contribution, and business volume, and prepare insights to support Sales Managers in identifying follow-up measures
- Collect and share market insights on CM product innovations with Sales Managers and the CM Product Tribe
- Support RBI NWBs in meeting their foreign currency clearing needs.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. business administration)
- Banking experience, preferably in correspondent banking, payments, cash management, client service, or sales support
- Good knowledge of Cash Management products for Institutional Clients is a plus, combined with a strong interest in further developing product expertise
- Experience in client support, stakeholder coordination, and preferably compliance topics related to international clearing business is a plus.
- A structured, reliable, and proactive individual who enjoys supporting others and working collaboratively within a team
- Sound communication skills, a high level of customer and service orientation, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Open-minded team player with a solution-oriented approach, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership
- Advanced proficiency in both German and English, additional language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally, where required for customer or internal meetings

- Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3375,40 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
