Our client relationships are built on trust and discretion. As the world’s largest advisory-focused firm, we have exceptional depth of expertise across industry sectors and geographies. We value the rich diversity that comes from blending local perspectives with our global network.

Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory Group ("PCA") is a 100+ person global team with a Placement Agent business managing capital raising for Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate funds, as well as a Secondary/Capital Solutions Advisory business. As a Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various aspects of private capital raising, building both an investor-facing and internal operational skill set. You will regularly travel to meet investors and accompany clients on roadshows, in addition to attending industry conferences.
