Tasks

You monitor the bank’s overall risk situation and ensure compliance with all limits.
You prepare risk reports for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board and organize the local risk committee.
You are the primary point of contact for the Executive Board and the liaison to the ZO’s Risk Controlling department.
You will develop and update the local risk strategy, including risk appetite, and implement necessary measures.
You will lead risk planning, support the risk inventory, and perform ad hoc analyses.
You are responsible for Operational Risk & ICS (loss database, control plans).
You monitor the central liquidity reports and support interest rate risk and liquidity management.
You will coordinate the liquidity stress test.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

You already have relevant experience in the banking sector and are interested in regulatory requirements
You can quickly grasp complex structures thanks to your strong analytical skills and present facts clearly
You are proficient in Excel and may have BI skills
