Tasks

• You provide comprehensive support to the corporate clients assigned to you in the field of church and social institutions, demonstrating a keen understanding of their individual needs.
• You thoroughly analyze customer inquiries—particularly those related to real estate financing projects. In doing so, you maintain a holistic approach to client support and strategically involve internal specialists.
• Existing clients see you as a reliable point of contact who builds lasting relationships and develops tailored solutions. 
• At trade shows and customer events, you represent Pax-Bank für Kirche und Caritas eG professionally and authentically. You establish new contacts, strengthen existing relationships, and help further expand the bank’s network.
• With dedication and conviction, you attract new target customers to the bank. You identify opportunities, actively reach out to people, and build long-term, trusting business relationships.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by relevant additional qualifications, and/or hold a degree in economics. In addition, you have professional experience in the lending business as well as in advising institutional clients. 
• You stand out for your strong sales and communication skills and know how to build and nurture lasting relationships.
• You combine in-depth professional expertise with a friendly demeanor and the ability to make confident and clear decisions, even in challenging situations.
• A strong focus on customers and service comes naturally to you. You listen carefully, identify needs, and develop solutions that are technically sound and sustainable.
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner, are highly self-motivated, and pursue your tasks with reliability and dedication.
• In addition, you enjoy working independently and taking on responsibility, and you are eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
