Tasks

• Building a client portfolio by acquiring intermediaries in Germany (licensed EAMs, MFOs, and KVGs) for LGT Bank AG in Vaduz.
• Advising and supporting intermediaries as equals and assisting them in achieving their business goals.
• Continuous development and management of the client portfolio.
• Presenting suitable solutions and overseeing their implementation with intermediaries using professional project management practices.
• Compliance with all regulations, guidelines, and standards to contribute to an effective risk culture.
• Further developing the existing product and service portfolio.
• Contributing to the establishment of a new support unit within our Intermediaries business unit.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• A degree in business administration and/or banking training with relevant additional qualifications
• Several years of experience in the EAM business, in fund sales, or in a multi-family office
• Senior-level experience in serving wealth management clients or in dealing with a discerning professional or institutional clientele
• Very good knowledge of financial products as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
• In-depth expertise in risk management and compliance, as well as experience in project management
• A team-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual with a winning demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and empathy
• A strong focus on service and results, negotiation skills, and a clear commitment to providing
  clients with an exceptional advisory experience
