We are seeking an Inflation Trader to join our US Rates Trading team, specifically within the US Inflation desk. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing our inflation franchise. This role involves delivering pricing, commentary, and analysis to our targeted clients, fulfilling primary and secondary market-making obligations, and working to improve existing infrastructure while developing new tools for the desk to leverage.

You will be working on the Rates Desk in NYC. As part of the US Rates Trading team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our inflation franchise.

Tasks
- develop and enhance the inflation franchise by providing accurate pricing, insightful commentary, and thorough analysis to clients.
- fulfill primary and secondary market-making obligations, ensuring liquidity and efficient market operations.
- collaborate with the US Rates Trading team to improve existing infrastructure and develop innovative tools to support trading activities.
- focus on macroeconomic and quantitative aspects of the market, with a particular interest in inflation dynamics.
- maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- ideally 1+ years of experience in trading or market-making, preferably within the inflation or rates markets.
- strong modeling skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate market insights and strategies effectively.
- high integrity and ethical standards in all professional activities.
- master's degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
- demonstrated curiosity about markets, particularly inflation, and a proactive approach to learning and development.

New York: the salary range for this role is $125000 to $125000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
