Raiffeisen Factor Bank AG (RFB) is the specialized factoring bank within the Raiffeisen Banking Group. As a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI), we support our corporate clients in the DACH region in optimizing their working capital and are among Austria’s leading specialized banks.
Our Finance Department is responsible for the financial reporting of our business transactions and oversees the planning, management, and monitoring of our financial goals. It works closely with other departments and the parent company. We are currently expanding our team to include a dedicated Professional Controller.
Tasks
- Reporting and management using state-of-the-art controlling methods and factoring-specific KPIs
- Preparation of profit and cost analyses as well as reports for management and the parent company
- Implementation of group cost accounting standards
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Collaboration on regulatory reporting (e.g., RWA, Large Exposure)
- Methodological and technical enhancement of controlling tools
- Participation in group-wide projects
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or controlling (ideally at a bank, financial services firm, or auditing/tax firm)
- Excellent Excel skills and strong IT proficiency
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Analytical thinking
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
