Professional Accounting & Reporting Specialist (m|f|x) Vienna

Raiffeisen Factor Bank AG (RFB) is the specialized factoring bank within the Raiffeisen Banking Group. As a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI), we support our corporate clients in the DACH region in optimizing their working capital and are among Austria’s leading specialized banks.

Our Finance Department ensures the accurate recording of our business transactions and is responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring our financial goals. In doing so, we work closely with other departments as well as the parent company. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a dedicated Professional Accounting & Reporting Specialist.

Tasks

• Posting of supplier invoices, property, plant, and equipment, and intangible assets
• Support with monthly and annual closings (accruals, fixed asset schedule, account reconciliations, travel expenses, Visa settlements, etc.)
• Approval of payments and management of payment transactions
• Preparation of regulatory reports (UVA, ZM, GraKe, VERA, etc.)
• Creation and maintenance of master data
• Participation in group-wide projects

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or controlling (ideally at a bank, a financial services provider, or in auditing/tax consulting)
• Very good Excel skills and strong IT proficiency
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
• Excellent German skills & good English skills
