The Product and Client Solutions team acts as a liaison between the investment management teams and relationship managers and is responsible for a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of various investment solutions. These activities include servicing institutional separate-account clients, preparing client-specific materials, and responding to various questions and requests from clients and prospective clients. The team plays a crucial role in successfully raising capital for both funds and tailored client solutions, ensuring high-quality client service throughout the process.

Tasks

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, which focuses primarily on separate accounts investing in private markets. Your responsibilities as a Product and Client Solutions Specialist include:

  • Servicing institutional separate accounts, acting as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management, working with investment teams, legal, tax, operations, and reporting to support the implementation and servicing of a number of accounts;
  • Working closely with relationship management to support ongoing interactions with clients and coordinate responses to portfolio-specific requests;
  • Creating customized client presentations and analyses and responding to ad hoc requests from clients, prospects, and relationship managers;
  • Coordinating and overseeing investment processes and preparing bespoke investment recommendations.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in private markets, asset management, product management, and/or investor relations;
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with the flexibility and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment;
  • Proficiency in German and English is required.
