Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops, and manages relationships with high-net-worth individuals, their families, family offices, and foundations. PWM assists clients in building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation strategies tailored to each client’s specific risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full range of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.

As part of the management team, you will focus on providing audit support for our European entity to ensure compliance with regulations such as MiFID.

Tasks

  • Leverage your operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business
  • Work closely with the PWM management team, advising on operational policies and procedures to best address upcoming needs
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders within the Executive Office
  • Anticipate and address potential deviations from regulatory guidance
  • Serve as a representative for GSBE PWM among internal partners for other related key initiatives

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Candidates should have 3+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field
  • Native or fluent German language skills are essential
  • Ideally, possess knowledge of audit and regulatory principles within wealth management
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, analyze and evaluate information, and make independent judgments
  • Ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment
