As a PC Relationship Manager, you will acquire, maintain, and grow profitable long-term relationships principally focused on HNW individuals resident in the North East Region. The role owner will be an exceptional team player and client focused individual. This individual will establish new relationships focused on North East Region to generate new AUM and Gross Revenue.
Tasks
- Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities ensuring the required credit quality & requisite returns on risk. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Be a core part of our team, originating target market clients focused on investment AUM, lending, and Advisory services collaborating with US network as well as developing self-sourced prospects and referral sources
- Be expected to grow revenues across allocated portfolio and originate new revenue streams as well as increase HSBC’s share of client wallet involving product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with HNW client requirements
- Establish and maintain networks for co-operation with other HSBC businesses, to support the creation of solutions to customer needs that span geographical/product boundaries and regulatory environments
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Familiarity in working with clients and prospects who are high-potential future HNW/UHNW clients
- Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, Strong customer service focus
- Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products,
- Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
- Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Series 7 and 66 licenses, may allow for contingency to obtain Series 7 and 66
- Bachelor’s Degree required
