Tasks

• Conducting small-scale research projects, conducting research to support strategic decision-making, preparing presentations and reports to communicate research findings, collaborating with senior management to implement research findings for private banking and wealth management, and working closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors who have complex banking and investment needs.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing the deployment and launch of new products and services for private banking and wealth management.
• Managing client relationships and providing customer service support to clients and customers, under progressively less supervision, answering questions about products and services, and processing transactions.
• Managing the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision-making in private banking and wealth management.
• Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

To be considered for this program, you must be motivated and curious, with a degree or expected degree in any field.

Language requirements: fluent in English.
