Private Assets Transactions Specialist (12 months fixed term contract) (m|f|x) Geneva

We are looking for a Private Assets Transactions Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Our department is part of the Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will join a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.

Tasks

• Record capital calls and distributions in clients’ accounts for Private Assets investments.
• Resolve issues.
• Provide daily support and liaise with other Operations teams and internal clients.
• Perform validations and controls.
• Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• A university degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in business and/or economics, or equivalent work experience in the finance industry.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Private Assets Operations is a plus.
• Solution-oriented and able to manage complex cases.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• An interest in automation and new technologies, along with the ability to design and maintain automated operational tools (Power Query, Power BI, scripts, low-code, etc.), is a plus.
• Resident in Switzerland.
