Tasks

As part of portfolio management, strategies are developed at the property level and programs are implemented to optimize the real estate portfolio, and the corresponding portfolios are managed.

• You will assist in achieving and maintaining compliance with the owner’s requirements regarding the existing portfolio.
• You will prepare analyses and develop proposals for programs and strategies aimed at optimizing the existing portfolio.
• You are responsible for evaluating divestitures and portfolio adjustments in accordance with strategic guidelines.
• You will provide owners with relevant data regarding the existing portfolio.
• You will assist in creating a comprehensive reporting system for strategy monitoring and in deriving appropriate management measures.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding the assigned portfolio.
• You will play a supporting role in preparing portfolio analyses and data for management.
• You will play an active role in the design, implementation, and further development of portfolio management systems and applications.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• You have a college degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business administration or real estate management and also have relevant professional experience.
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers.
• You are very familiar with digital media and MS Office.
• You are a team player and stand out for your sense of responsibility, resilience, initiative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Your approach to work is characterized by analytical and interconnected thinking.

• For the position of “Project Portfolio Manager,” the minimum gross annual salary is €37,635.64 for a 38.5-hour workweek. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a salary increase of at least €10,524.36 gross per year is possible.
