Working on the buy side, you will be involved in sourcing, underwriting, and analyzing potential new investments, assisting with closings, and participating in post-closing portfolio management and investment monitoring. Our investments range from middle-market to blue-chip corporate financings, sponsor-owned businesses, and infrastructure assets. We operate in a team-oriented environment where you’ll be given significant responsibilities early on. You’ll be part of a large, vibrant, and diverse group of analyst peers across the globe.

Tasks

  • Screening new investment opportunities
  • Preparing investment committee proposals, which includes conducting company analysis, industry research, and financial modeling to form the basis for the firm’s decisions on new investments
  • Robust and challenging work experience—we are one of the largest investors in private credit

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Economics, Accounting, or Finance
  • Strong intellect with excellent quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, including prior corporate finance experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of standard MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and driven team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and trustworthiness

What Will Set You Apart

  • CFA Level 1 or higher
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while delivering accurate work
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and ownership
  • Staying curious and committed to continuous learning
  • 1+ years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking
