Tasks

As Lead Partnerships, you will drive the development and execution of high-impact, revenue-generating partnerships that expand our reach, accelerate growth, and deepen our presence across financial services and within the fintech ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of both new and existing partners, ensuring strong operational execution and long-term value creation.
  • Own the full deal lifecycle – from sourcing and structuring to negotiation and launch – aligned with Trade Republic’s strategic goals.
  • Operate cross-functionally with product, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Cultivate and grow senior relationships with both prospective and existing partners - becoming a trusted external face of Trade Republic.
  • Manage and coach a team of 2-3, with room to grow as the partnership scope expand

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial deal-making - ideally in consumer tech or financial services.
  • Strong commercial instincts and deep experience owning negotiation and execution.
  • High-velocity leadership style with the ability to set pace, rally teams, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level.
  • A hands-on mindset and willingness to operate across both strategy and execution.
