BNM provides best-in-class banking services to our business partners and clients while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi-owned bank accounts. We achieve this by enforcing the Citi Owned Bank Account and Signatory Management Procedure.

BNM’s global functions include Relationship Management, Regulatory Compliance, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Agent Bank Risk, Stakeholder Support, and Data & Technology Management.

The Data & Technology Management function is responsible for ensuring oversight and delivery of processes and practices across the BNM organization, ensuring a robust governance framework. As an Operations Support Intermediate Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the broader BNM team. This role supports BNM’s business governance, the leadership team, and compliance with critical enterprise standards such as Privacy, Records Management, and Business Continuity (CoB). To succeed, you will develop effective partnerships with global BNM management and team members to gain a deep understanding of our business functions and processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Tasks

  • Manage Compliance & Risk Programs: Perform activities related to privacy, records management, and business continuity (CoB) programs in accordance with global deadlines and standards for documentation. Collaborate with the global BNM team as well as the BNM Technology team to complete Privacy Impact Assessments, Cross-Border Data Clearances, and maintain the global service catalog in accordance with internal Third-Party Management guidelines.
  • Deliver Reporting: Aggregate, synthesize, and transform complex operational data into polished presentations and reports for leadership
  • Manage Department Content: Oversee the department’s organizational content, including SharePoint site administration and document repositories.
  • Track Program Deliverables: Coordinate and track program deliverables and initiatives requiring cross-functional engagement as needed.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience in areas related to operational risk, audit, controls, information security risk, business continuity, or a similar operational role (preferably within financial services).
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with proven experience in executive-level reporting and creating presentations.
  • Organization & Prioritization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
