Tasks

• Financial Management & Forecasting: Ongoing reporting, financial forecasts, and coordination with management.
• Annual Financial Statements & Accounting: Coordinating the preparation of financial statements with the group’s in-house accounting service provider.
• Controlling & Budgeting: Cost accounting, budget planning, quarterly reports, and further development of pay scale models.
• Allocation & Key Performance Indicator Management: Data preparation for monthly allocation, as well as analysis of key performance indicators, HR statistics, and FTE planning.
• Process Optimization & Digitalization: Standardization, automation, and further development of controlling and reporting processes.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Completed business training with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally with SAP FI knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SQL for statistics and data analysis, as well as a knack for numbers
• A hands-on approach with a strong ability to understand company-wide contexts
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently
• Very good German language skills
