Tasks

• Preselection of property listings and handling the purchase and sale of real estate
• Correspondence with investment brokers and the preparation of letters of intent
• Preparation of technical and legal documents in connection with real estate transactions
• Coordinating due diligence reviews and cataloging property listings
• Supporting contract negotiations and assisting with financing
• Collaboration with various departments: fund management, asset management, and risk management
• Ongoing market monitoring

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

Your Education and Experience:

• A college degree or business or technical training with a focus on real estate
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the real estate sector with an extensive network of key market participants in Germany and/or Austria
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and the management of real estate funds
• Very strong IT skills (MS Office) and good English proficiency

Your work style:

• You stand out for your analytical thinking, your independent and self-directed work style, and your organizational skills
• You bring experience in conducting negotiations and have a strong grasp of numbers
