Tasks

• Settlement of OTC and foreign exchange transactions
• Verification of trade confirmations, contract management
• Investigation and resolution of any discrepancies
• Issuing instructions for transactions in Advisory & Outsourcing – Middle Office (OTC, FX, and money market)
• Accounting responsibility (up to the establishment of a legal position) within the framework of order matching
• Support in processing new fund projects and implementing new products;
• Collaboration in structuring, implementing, and optimizing new processes;
• Participation in internal projects and working groups;
• Collaborating on the professional and technical development of assigned tasks.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Several years of professional experience in investment management company operations or banking operations—preferably within the middle office or fund accounting
• A university degree in a field related to economics (banking, accounting, finance,
• business) would be an asset
• Knowledge of various investment products and financial instruments (securities, loans, funds, fixed deposits, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and standard information systems;
• Experience working with fund accounting systems and Bloomberg
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team.
