CORIOLIS Green Investment Solutions is a specialized corporate finance and M&A boutique dedicated to renewable energy and environmental technology transactions.

Acting as a trusted partner, CORIOLIS supports industrial and financial players in achieving strategic sustainable energy goals. The team has executed deals exceeding a cumulative value of one billion euros. CORIOLIS focuses on facilitating efficient transactions such as structured sales processes, deal sourcing, and financing for clients. The organization is committed to adding value for its clients and to helping preserve the environment for future generations.

Tasks

• Lead and support structured M&A transactions from kick-off and valuation to signing and closing
• Engage directly with clients, investors and strategic counterparties
• Coordinate and support the preparation of investment materials such as teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and process documentation
• Build or modify detailed financial models (DCF, project valuations, sensitivity analyses)
• Due diligence coordination with investors and their legal, technical, and financial advisors
• Lead and coordinate business development activities including pitches, deal origination and relationship management with investors and key industry players
• Guide junior team members and contribute to workflow coordination

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

We want ambitious talent with strong analytical drive and an entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to take responsibility and for exposure to decision-making from day one, with direct involvement in international transactions and the chance to quickly grow into a deal-leading role. Qualifications should include:

• 3–5+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, infrastructure/project finance, private equity or transaction services
• Academic background in Finance, Economics or related fields (Master’s preferred)
• In-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles, with familiarity in corporate finance and M&A practices.
• Proactive, fast-learning, reliable — you lead rather than wait for tasks
• Passion for renewables and commitment to work towards a decarbonised future
• Proficiency in English (excellent speaking and writing skills are a must); German or Slavic language skills highly valued
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint — ability to build robust financial models & slides independently
• Strong communication & presentation skills — clear, structured, client-oriented
• Permitted to work in Austria
