Nicolas, Jonas, and other Lead Product Managers in the Product and Channel Management department are looking for someone to fill the newly created role of “Lead Product Manager, Lending Solutions.” In other words: you!

Tasks

• Developing the product strategy for the “Lending Solutions” division, aligning it with the bank’s overall strategy, and ensuring the market success of our lending solutions
• Managing the entire product lifecycle of credit and financing solutions and overseeing the associated advisory tools: from concept to stable operation (“Run the Bank”), including continuous improvement
• Prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and Business Owner, defining business requirements with line-of-business departments and sales, and coordinating the implementation
• Providing technical leadership to employees in the “Lending Solutions” product area, managing projects, and collaborating closely with IT, Sales, Advisory, and Risk
• Analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competition in the credit and financing market; identification of opportunities and risks; and development of corresponding measures
• Reviewing and supporting innovations, new technologies, and business models in the lending business
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, risk and credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Stakeholder management and communication of status, milestones, and challenges to management and relevant stakeholders

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• A college degree, supplemented by training or continuing education in banking.
• Several years of experience in product management and product development for credit and financing solutions in the financial sector, with end-to-end responsibility and life-cycle management across various customer segments.
• In-depth expertise in project and process management (traditional and agile) as well as in the use of modern methods and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, continuous improvement, quality assurance).
• A very good understanding of business contexts as well as market and customer needs; familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Swiss financial market (e.g., FINMA)
• A leader with experience in the technical management of teams, in the development of professional competencies, and in the optimal deployment of employees and resources
• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and solution-oriented approach to work, and extensive experience in facilitating, presenting, and conducting workshops
• Strong interpersonal skills, a confident demeanor, goal-oriented communication skills, and the ability to mediate between differing interests and guide them toward viable solutions
• A high degree of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and reliability, combined with enthusiasm, assertiveness, and openness to change and continuous professional development
