The Credit Risk Management Department at Raiffeisen Bausparkasse is responsible for the central and independent assessment of the creditworthiness and credit rating of existing and new borrowers, as well as for managing the credit approval process in the retail and non-retail segments. Furthermore, borrower-related monitoring, the timely identification of warning signs, and the initiation and coordination of appropriate measures are central tasks of the department.

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, and socially competent individual who works in a solution-oriented manner.

You can expect a varied role in a great team at one of Austria’s leading real estate financiers.

Tasks

  • Evaluation and analysis of loan applications.
  • Independent decision-making and preparation of reports for management.
  • Monitoring the customer portfolio, identifying potential problem loans, and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Design and further development of tools and processes in credit risk management.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the Austrian real estate market, its conditions, trends, and changes.
  • Collaboration with relevant internal departments and external partners (e.g., auditors, OeNB, ECB, group units).

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Several years of experience in credit risk management and/or real estate project development
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of banking regulatory requirements
  • Excellent German language skills (min. C2) and good English language skills

Salary: A gross annual salary of €70,000, including overtime, is offered for this position.
