Tasks

• Supporting relationship managers in maintaining and developing existing client relationships
• Preparing for and following up on client meetings, as well as creating presentations and client documents
• Assisting with the acquisition of new clients
• Coordinating and handling administrative and client-related tasks
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure a high level of service quality
• Gradually taking on more responsibility with the goal of advancing to the role of Relationship Manager
• Direct client contact

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Completed banking apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by subject-specific continuing education or a higher degree in business administration (university/university of applied sciences)
• SAQ certification or a willingness to obtain it
• A confident and engaging demeanor, excellent manners, and a strong commitment to customer service
• A high degree of willingness to travel and flexibility is required
• A strong sense of responsibility, high level of initiative, team player qualities, and a systematic and structured approach to work
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
