Tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries in the UHNWI segment and support the Investment Consulting UHNWI Switzerland team with administrative and organizational matters
- Conduct research and perform analytical tasks to support high-quality client service
- Prepare customized investment proposals, concepts, and presentations for UHNWI clients
- Coordinate and deliver complex Requests for Proposals (RfPs) for sophisticated UHNWI prospects
- Ensure the efficient operational handling and quality assurance of consolidated reporting across multiple banking relationships
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- A recently completed master’s degree, ideally in banking and finance, combined with 1–2 years of experience in the financial sector
- Strong German and English language skills, both verbal and written; additional languages are considered an asset
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and a strong affinity for new technologies
- A highly accurate, independent, and organized work style
- The ability to work well under pressure and grasp new concepts quickly
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a strong team-player attitude
