Tasks

  • Act as the main point of contact for inquiries in the UHNWI segment and support the Investment Consulting UHNWI Switzerland team with administrative and organizational matters
  • Carry out research and analytical tasks to support high-quality client service
  • Prepare bespoke investment proposals, concepts, and presentations for UHNWI clients
  • Coordinate and deliver complex Requests for Proposals (RfPs) for sophisticated UHNWI prospects
  • Ensure the efficient operational handling and quality assurance of consolidated reporting across multiple banking relationships

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • A recently completed Master’s degree, ideally in Banking & Finance, combined with 1–2 years of experience in the financial sector
  • Strong German and English language skills, both verbal and written; additional languages are considered an asset
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and a strong affinity for new technologies
  • A highly accurate, independent, and organized working style
  • The ability to work well under pressure and grasp new concepts quickly
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with a strong team-player attitude
