Junior Account & Product Manager - Liquid Investments (m|f|x) Zug

For our Liquid Investments team, we’re looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys supporting products and client portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and actively contributing to the further development of our offerings.

As a Junior Account & Product Manager – Liquid Investments, you’ll take on a multifaceted role at the intersection of product management, client relations, operations, and regulatory affairs. You’ll gain exciting insights into various investment products and portfolio structures and have the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility.

Tasks

• Support in managing and further developing products and client accounts in the area of liquid investment strategies.
• Collaborate on the design, structuring, and launch of new investment products.
• Preparation and formatting of proposals, structuring options, and product-related documentation.
• Support in life-cycle management, particularly with product reviews, cost analyses, reporting, and the implementation of product changes.
• Collaborating on regulatory issues in close cooperation with Legal & Compliance and other internal departments.
• Handling client inquiries and assisting with the preparation and follow-up of client meetings.
• Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, custodian banks, fund administrators, auditors, and consultants.
• Participation in product-related projects and in the continuous optimization of processes, standards, and documentation.
• Handling organizational and administrative tasks within the Account & Product Management division.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field of study.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in product management and/or account management, ideally in the financial sector.
• Initial practical experience with investment products and investment solutions.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and meticulous approach to work.
• High level of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation, along with high standards for quality.
• Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
