You will be part of the IPS (Investment Proposal Specialist) Poland team in Wrocław, which is part of UBS Asset Management’s global IPS function, with specialists located in Europe, APAC, the U.S., and Switzerland. We support sales teams globally. In particular, you will work with them to provide RFP responses on a wide range of investment products. Our team plays a direct role in meeting sales targets and, consequently, in supporting business growth and client engagement. You will also have the opportunity to work with other sales management teams, gaining insight into how data, analytics, pricing, and market intelligence support strategic decision-making.

Your team is part of Client Coverage within UBS Asset Management. Our business offers industry-leading capabilities on a truly global scale. With over 2 trillion* in assets under management, we are the third-largest Europe-based asset manager and the 12th-largest firm globally. Client Coverage is the sales organization driving the growth of our business by building relationships with clients (*as of December 31, 2025).

UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland. We also provide diversified asset management solutions and specialized investment banking capabilities. Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, UBS operates in more than 50 markets around the world.

We know that great work is never done alone. That’s why we place collaboration at the heart of everything we do. Because together, we’re more than the sum of our parts.

Tasks

Do you have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, and are you interested in generating new business? Are you particularly interested in the financial industry, especially investments? Are you tech- and data-savvy? Do you work accurately? We’re looking for you!

As part of our IPS (Investment Proposal Specialist) team, you’ll help respond to detailed client questionnaires that showcase our products, people, and investment strategies. These responses are key to winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll manage RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs from start to finish, working with large datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and presenting insights clearly. A structured, analytical mindset and a willingness to learn are essential. While deep technical skills aren’t required, being comfortable with data analytics tools (see “Your Experience and Skills”) will help you deliver faster, more insightful responses.

The main tasks of your role are:

  • to coordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs, and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for prospective and existing clients in accordance with internal brand/style guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • to participate in conference calls as a subject matter expert, representing our investment capabilities and intellectual capital
  • to collaborate closely with client relationship managers, portfolio managers, investment specialists, and subject matter experts to refine RFP responses, ensure key messages are understood, and present our capabilities in the most compelling way possible.
  • Ensure that the RFP database is kept up-to-date and accurate, and that its quality is continually improved
  • to help the team identify and implement digital solutions

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • +3 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluent in French or German
  • Investment knowledge across all asset classes
  • a university degree in economics, business administration (with a focus on banking and finance), or another relevant field. Currently studying for or having earned the CFA designation is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills (very familiar with pivot tables, PowerPivot/Get-And-Transform), PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SQL databases; proficiency in R or Python is a strong advantage
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort using a methodical approach to tasks
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to set priorities
  • Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at various levels of seniority
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders—both locally and remotely—as well as across functions
  • You’re curious to explore how AI can improve the way we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment—validating outputs and ensuring alignment with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

That awaits you

At UBS, we know that it’s our people—with their diverse skills, experiences, and backgrounds—who drive our ongoing success. We’re dedicated to our craft and passionate about putting our people first, offering new challenges, a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and flexible work options whenever possible. Our inclusive culture brings out the best in our employees, no matter where they are in their career journey. And we use artificial intelligence (AI) to work smarter and more efficiently. We also recognize that great work is never done alone. That’s why collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Because together, we’re more than the sum of our parts.
