Tasks

• evaluate companies for real estate transactions working across public REITs, private platforms and financial sponsors
• get involved in the execution of live real estate deals including M&A, public and private capital raising and lending / debt capital markets
• participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• has a demonstrated interest / experience in financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• has a passion for the real estate sector

That awaits you

New York: the salary range for this role is $110000 to $117500
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
